MusicArtMagazine is an online artistic community with a purpose of disrupting the world of art and give the free space to all artists and their friends to express
themselves, but also promote their work through our various services and channels.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our services, including our various websites, SMS, APIs, email notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, and any information, text, links, graphics, photos, videos, or other materials or arrangements of materials uploaded, downloaded
By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who May Use the Services
If u are under thirteen (13) years of old you cannot have a subscription on MusicArtMagazine, unless u provide a verified parental signed document via email @ info@musicartmagazine.com . You may use the Services only if you agree to form a binding contract with MusicArtMagazine and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. If you are accepting these Terms and using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, government, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so.
2. Privacy
Your personal information is only yours and under no circumstances MusicArtMagazine is to use or handle this information (concerning 3rd parties’ involvement). MusicArtMagazine has no right on selling or distributing your personal information.
3. Content on the Services
You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any Content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You should only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others. Any use or reliance on any Content or materials posted via the Services or obtained by you through the Services is at your own risk. We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any Content or communications posted via the Services or endorse any opinions expressed via the Services. We reserve the right to remove Content that violates the User Agreement, including for example, copyright or trademark violations, impersonation, unlawful conduct, or harassment. Your Rights
You retain your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through MusicArtMagazine. What’s yours is yours — you own your Content (and your photos and videos are part of the Content). By submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed). This license authorizes us to make your Content available to the rest of the world and to let others do the same.
4. Ending These Terms
You may end your legal agreement with MusicArtMagazine at any time by deactivating your accounts and discontinuing your use of the Services. We may suspend or terminate your account or cease providing you with all or part of it at any time for any or no reason, including, but not limited to, if we reasonably believe: (i) you have violated these Terms, (ii) you create risk or possible legal exposure for us; (iii) your account should be removed due to unlawful conduct, (iv) your account should be removed due to prolonged inactivity. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you by the email address associated with your account or the next time you attempt to access your account, depending on the circumstances. In all such cases, the Terms shall terminate, including, without limitation, your license to use MusicArtMagazine.
5. General
MusicArtMagazine is an online community building up every day through your needs and goals. Therefore these terms may be changed from time to time concerning new services, applications, ads created in several phases of the project, new sections and permissions – restrictions,ect.
6. Contract
By clicking on the box i agree, u are now an active member of our community and all the above are a contract made with our online community and each members.
- You will not provide any false personal information on MusicArtMagazine, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
- You will not create more than one personal account.
- If we disable your account, you will not create another one without our permission.
- You will not use MusicArtMagazine if you are under 13 and have no verified parental documents signed on.
- You will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
- You will not share your password (or in the case of developers, your secret key), let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
- If you select a username or similar identifier for your account or Page, we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe it is appropriate (such as when a trademark owner complains about a username that does not closely relate to a user's actual name).
MusicArtMagazine’s Manifesto
How a startup will disrupt the world of Art and Artists. Technology is changing the world so fast that the traditional bases of Human Spirit and Civilization like Art should adapt fast to the changing Environent. It's not only the evolution of human expression, it is mainly the digitalization and the social exposure of everything in earth that makes the artists’ desire to touch, to smell, to hear their expression quite a task!! Mag project is an ambitious plan to disrupt Art’s Global Network having an ultimate scope of Promoting the talent and free expression of young artists. Mag is an open source project that is coordinated from the team of MAG. Stay tuned because we are breaking the rules!!! MAG Beta is published and open to Professional - Amateur Artists and Art related professionals that will be the first time users of our web project. This Artists community will help us to finalize our startup.
